By submitting this inquiry, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the following terms with The Studio Doctors LLC:

1. ESTIMATES & QUOTES. All estimates provided before work begins are non-binding and subject to change once diagnosis or detailed scoping is complete. The Studio Doctors will obtain my approval before exceeding the originally quoted amount by more than 10%.

2. TIMELINES. Project timelines provided are good-faith estimates only. Delays caused by parts availability, scope changes, or factors outside The Studio Doctors' control may extend completion dates.

3. CARE & LIABILITY. The Studio Doctors will exercise reasonable care while my equipment or materials are in its possession. However, I acknowledge that vintage, custom, and one-of-a-kind items carry inherent risk during service, modification, or transport, and I release The Studio Doctors from claims for damage beyond the documented value or repair/replacement cost, whichever is lower, in the absence of gross negligence.

4. PAYMENT. Final payment is due upon completion. Items not picked up within 60 days of completion notification may be subject to storage fees, and after 180 days may be considered abandoned per California law.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. Custom designs and schematics created by The Studio Doctors remain its property unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
